A day in the life of us is work work work! One would think when they get married they'd get to see their love more instead of less than when they were dating. One also does not consider all of the things that need the little green stuff that makes the world go round. And we, the one-month newlyweds today, are the money makers. Yes, we help the world go round..considerably. With opposite schedules, I got to see my husband for a whole two hours yesterday! Including the time it took him to say goodbye to me in the morning..well my morning, everyone elses afternoon. Married life is great, but sometimes I feel dating Mitch gave me more time with him :)
I did happen to say that our one month is today! And my sweet husband made it so I came home in the morning..from the longest night at work I've ever had so far...to a rose and cute little note on my pillow, with the love of my life passed out on the pillow next to it. I got all emotional and so sure that I married the most romantic man on the planet<3

Yay! I am so excited you started a blog! :)
ReplyDeleteWhen we first moved to CA, Steven was working almost 2 hours away from Sacramento, so he would stay overnight at his grandparent's house instead of making the commute every day. I hated it :( He'd be gone for, like, 3-4 days out of the week. It was the worst! I'm so glad that we moved closer to his work :) I'm sorry that you guys have opposite schedules! It does suck not spending lots of time with your husband. The time you DO get to spend with him will be more special. Lame, but true :) So happy you started a blog :)
