Long Beach and Catalina Island

Our friends, Phil and Theresa invited us to go to Catalina Island! So a little spur of the moment we went! It was such a wonderful vacation, Catalina Island is the CUTEST place ever. We spent the first night in Long Beach, the second day/night/day in Catalina Island, and the third night in Long Beach again. They don't drive cars on Catalina Island, just little golf carts. We rented one and drove around the darling island. I wouldn't mind if we ever decided to live there. It was very family-esk and all the places we ate at were DELICIOUS. It seemed like such a simple way of life and I was so sad to come home. My favorite part was laying on the beach and eating yummy fish and chips. We also went to an aquarium in Long beach. My perfect vacation has a beach...any beach, anywhere.
